The poster area will be in front of and around the plenary room “Jerne Auditorium”. The congress secretariat provides all material to display the poster (push-pins and poster boards).

POSTER GUIDELINES
A poster combines a visual display on a poster board of the highlights of research with a question-and-answer opportunity. The poster will be available for viewing by participants during two days of the congress. All participants are encouraged to visit the posters in the breaks and contact the presenting author during the congress when it is feasible. Additionally, we have scheduled poster sessions, where the authors are expected to be with their poster to be able to answer questions and discuss.

Postersession 1: Tuesday, 27 June; 13.10 – 14.10
Postersession 2: Tuesday, 27 June; 17.00 – 18.00
Postersession 3: Wednesday, 28 June; 13.10 – 14.10
Postersession 4: Wednesday, 28 June; 17.00 – 18.00
Postersession 5: Thursday, 29 June; 13.10 – 14.10
Postersession 6: Thursday, 29 June; 17.00 – 18.00
Postersession 7: Friday, 30 June; 13.10 – 14.10

Schedule:
You can set up your poster from 8 am on the day your poster is presented, and it should remain until the end of the last poster session you have been allocated to (please check information above). After this time any posters remaining will be disposed of.

Measurements:
Posters should be displayed in portrait style. The maximum size of your poster should be a standard A0:

• Measurements of the poster boards in centimeters: width: 115 cm, height 170 cm.
• Measurements in inches: 45 in. wide x 68 in. high.

Content and design:

• All posters should include title, name of authors, institution, city and country.
• The lettering of the title should be at least 25 mm high and the main text at least 10 mm high.
• The poster should be easily readable from 2 meters.
• The language of the poster should be English.
• The Conference Secretariat provides equipment for setting up the posters on the boards.
• The Conference Secretariat takes no responsibility for left behind or damaged posters.

PUBLICATION OF ABSTRACTS
All accepted abstracts will be published in the online version of the abstract book of BAGECO 2023. This will be available on the website closer to the congress.
